1. 服务描述
本平台提供游戏专用服务器的租赁、管理与技术支持服务。具体可用的游戏、区域、规格和价格以平台目录页展示为准。我们将在合理范围内维持服务可用性，但不保证服务不间断或无错误。
2. 账户义务
您需提供真实准确的注册信息，妥善保管账户凭证，并对账户下的所有活动负责。如发现未经授权的使用，请立即通知我们。禁止转让、出借或出售账户。
3. 禁止行为
您不得利用本平台从事违法活动、传播侵权或有害内容、攻击或干扰其他用户的服务器、尝试突破资源配额限制、或运行与本平台游戏服务器托管无关的服务。违反禁止行为可能导致服务暂停或终止，且不予退款。
4. 计费与续费
服务按所选套餐的周期和价格计费。自动续费可在设置中随时关闭。到期后享有宽限期（默认 3 天），宽限期满未续费的服务器将被停止并最终终止。退款政策详见退款与取消政策。
5. 数据与备份
您负责保管自己的游戏数据。本平台提供备份工具，但不对数据丢失承担绝对保证责任。服务终止后，我们将在合理期限内保留数据，逾期可能清除。请在取消或到期前导出重要数据。
6. 知识产权
本平台的软件、界面和品牌归运营方所有。游戏本身及相关商标属于各自版权方，本平台仅提供托管基础设施服务，不分发游戏本体。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本平台不对任何间接、附带或后果性损害负责。我们的总责任以您在产生争议的服务周期内实际支付的金额为限。
8. 服务变更与终止
我们可能随时变更服务内容、价格或条款，变更将在平台上公布。您可随时停止使用并取消订阅。我们保留在违反条款时暂停或终止服务的权利。
9. 争议解决
如发生争议，请首先通过工单系统联系客服协商解决。协商不成的，按运营方注册地法律处理。
10. 年龄要求
您必须年满 18 周岁或达到所在地区的法定成年年龄方可使用本服务。未成年人需在监护人同意下使用。详见年龄与使用政策。

Welcome to Gnode.me game server hosting platform ("the Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
The Platform provides rental, management, and technical support for dedicated game servers. Available games, regions, specifications, and pricing are shown on the catalog page. We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard your credentials, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Account transfer, lending, or sale is prohibited.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for illegal activities, distribute infringing or harmful content, attack or interfere with other users' servers, attempt to exceed resource quotas, or run services unrelated to game server hosting. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
4. Billing and Renewal
Services are billed per selected plan period and price. Automatic renewal can be disabled at any time in settings. A grace period (default 3 days) applies after expiry; unrenewed servers are stopped and eventually terminated. See Refund and Cancellation Policy for refund terms.
5. Data and Backups
You are responsible for your game data. The Platform provides backup tools but does not guarantee against data loss. Data is retained for a reasonable period after termination and may be purged thereafter. Export important data before cancellation or expiry.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform's software, interface, and branding are owned by the operator. Games and their trademarks belong to their respective copyright holders; the Platform provides hosting infrastructure only and does not distribute game software.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service period in dispute.
8. Service Changes and Termination
We may change services, pricing, or terms at any time, with changes published on the Platform. You may stop using and cancel at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for term violations.
9. Dispute Resolution
For disputes, please first contact support via the ticket system. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. Minors require guardian consent. See Age and Acceptable Use Policy.
